Thomas Lee DeBaere, 57

Tom passed away, unexpectedly, at St.Mary's Essentia Hosipital, Duluth MN, on Monday May, 11 2026.

Thomas was born in Virginia MN on 3/19/1969 to Catherine Lee (Hill) DeBaere and Thomas Eugene DeBaere.

He attended Gilbert School and then Eveleth when the two schools combined. Tom went on to attend the Eveleth Vo-Tech were he completed coursework for Millwright. He was a proud member of United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners, Millwright Local 1348.

Tom is survived by his Mother, Cathy DeBaere (J.Hugh Young), Sister, Teri DeBaere (Tim Humble), Uncle Art (Faye) Hill, Aunt Joanne (Vern) Wingren, Aunt Patty( Jim) Nemec and Aunt Robin (Les) Alto. As well as many loved cousins.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Thomas E. DeBaere on 10/24/21, his Maternal Grandparents Art & Doris Hill, Fraternal Grandparents Gene & Louise DeBaere and many loved Aunts & Uncles.

Tom will be dearly missed and forever in our Hearts.

There will be a "Celebration of Life" in the Gilbert City Hall, Friday, May, 22 at 2:00pm.
