Hoyt Lakes
Our mighty Beer Hunter, Richard A. Hayes, 70, of Hoyt Lakes, has left on his final journey for answers. His mission is to find out if it’s true that in Heaven there is no beer. He will be sending signs so watch for empty Bud cans.
Rich passed away peacefully in his sleep on December 21, 2024, after a battle with esophageal cancer.
He was preceded in death by anyone who died before him and is survived by everyone still alive, including his loyal dog Brandy and his loving family.
At his request there will be no service. A celebration of life will be held on January 4th at 1:00 at the Hoyt Lakes VFW.
