Lois Loraine (Milton) Hadrava formerly of Bemidji and residing with family in Hoyt Lakes passed away on February 2, 2026 with her family by her side. Lois was the oldest of ten children born in Havana, North Dakota to parents James and Edna Milton on February, 14 1933. She met her husband Frank Hadrava while working as a cook in Bemidji in 1950. They soon married and went on to have four children raising them on the Iron Range.
Lois was a passionate quilter and loved fishing. She was happiest cooking for those she loved and it was known to all that no one ever left her house hungry. She was a member of T.O.P.S and was extremely proud of losing over 100 pounds as a dedicated member of the club.
She is proceeded in death by her husband Frank Hadrava, parents James and Edna Milton, and 6 brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her sisters JoAnn and Jean, and her brother Joe. Her children Karen (Joe) Kennedy, Frank Jr., Daniel (JoAnn), Steven (Jennifer), and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many friends and family across northern Minnesota.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date in Bemidji.
