Helen Rose Settimi

Helen Rose Settimi of Hoyt Lakes, died August 5, 2022, with her family by her side.

Helen was born on 11/3/1931 to Anthony and Anna Kastelic in Eveleth, Minnesota. She married Francis Settimi on October 4, 1952. They lived in Chisholm, prior to starting their life in Hoyt Lakes in 1958.

Helen’s Catholic faith was very important to her, she was an active member of the Queen of Peace Catholic Church and Choir. She will be remembered for her amazing cooking, hospitality, quick wit and generous heart.

Helen was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, 6 sisters and 2 brothers.

Helen will be sadly missed by her 5 children: Kathee of Vero Beach, Florida, Tim (Cindy) of Hoyt Lakes, Mike (Denise) of Lino Lakes, David (Cheryl) of Brooklyn Park, and Gina of Minneapolis, 5 grandchildren: Ashley, Chelsey (Tyler), Michelle, Natalie and Dan.

Helen’s family will be having a private ceremony to celebrate her life.
