Gregory J. Angeloni

A gathering of family and friends of Gregory John "Reno" Angeloni, 63, of Aurora, will be held from 5:00-7:00 pm Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at Ziemer-Moeglein-Shatava Funeral Home in Gilbert.

Greg died Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at Essentia Health – Northern Pines in Aurora, Minnesota.

He was born on April 24, 1962 in Virginia, Minnesota to Reno and Beverley (Curnow) Angeloni. Greg was a 1980 graduate of Gilbert High School and later married Laura Gamble on October 22, 1999. They had one child, Daniel.

Greg worked construction most of his life, specializing in asbestos removal. During his high school years he enjoyed playing hockey where he excelled and was elected captain. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time at the cabin.

Survivors include his son, Daniel Angeloni of Bismarck, ND; mother, Beverley Angeloni of Gilbert; siblings: Debbie (John) Ocepek, Lisa (Curt) Ocepek and David (Tammy) Angeloni. Several nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins.

He is preceded in death by father, Reno; Grandparents, Ernest and Matilda Curnow and John and Elsie Angeloni.

The family would like to thank the staff at the Virginia Hospital, Northern Pines Care Center and the East Range Hospice team for their compassion and the excellent care they provided.
