Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, December 16, 2023 at the Ziemer-Moeglein-Shatava Funeral Home in Aurora with Pastor John Jacquart officiating.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Aurora. 

Darlene M. Garman-Anderson, 85 of Parker, Colorado died November 22, 2023 in her home in Colorado.

She was born July, 26, 1938, in Virginia to Sulo and Hilda (Maki) White. She was a graduate from Aurora High School in 1956 and later married Ralph Garman also in 1956. After the passing of Ralph, Darlene Married Dale Anderson of Proctor, Minnesota and moved to Colorado. She worked for and retired from the Postal Service along with bookkeeping for their company of Anderson Excavating.

She was a member of the Crossroads Community Church in Parker, Colorado and enjoyed gardening, cooking, shopping for the grandkids and traveling on their motorcycle and in their motorhome.

She is survived by her children: Mark (Kim) Garman of Aurora, Joan (Barney) Wolner of Parker, CO, Sue (Nick) Anderson-Saiz of Bervard, NC and Dale (Amber) Anderson of Calhan, CO; grandchildren: Alyssa, Rachel, Tanya, Ashley, Lisa, Mikey, Cassie, Terri, Leslie, Dale Jr and Crystal; great-grandchildren: Isabella, Mckenna, Adelle, Serena, Olivia, Landon, Grayson, Sera, Abel, Meagan, Joseph, Kylie, Emily, Britton, Christopher, Jordan, Josephine, Sophia, Sage and Emry; as well as several niece and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Sulo and Hilda White; husband, Ralph Garman; husband, Dale Anderson; son, Mike Garman; daughter, Tammy Holschuh and brother, Bruce White.
