Funeral Mass for Thomas L. "T-Bone" Kramar, 62, of Gilbert, will be 11am Saturday March 6, 2010 in St. Joseph's Catholic church in Gilbert with Fr. Charles Flynn and Rev. Joel Rova-Hegener officiating. Visitation will be today (Friday) from 5-7pm with wake prayers at 6:45pm in Ziemer-Moeglein-Shatava Funeral Home in Gilbert. Burial with military honors accorded by the Gilbert VFW Post will be in the Gilbert Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred. Tom died Wednesday March 3, 2010 in St. Raphael's Health and Rehab Center in Eveleth. He was born Oct. 26, 1947 in Eveleth, MN to Ignatius and Anne Marie (Oven) Kramar. Following his graduation from Gilbert High School, he attended Eveleth Jr. College. Tom served as a Sergeant with the US Air Force during the Vietnam Era. On March 9, 1968 he married Barbara Goodmanson at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland. In 1975 he began working for Minn-Tac and retired from there in 2008 as a service repairman. Tom was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic church, a retired member of the Gilbert Volunteer Fire Department and former board member to the Eveleth/Gilbert Public Schools and the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Gilbert. He was active with the youth hockey, baseball and football programs. Tom was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing. Survivors include his wife: Barb; children: Dean (Terri) Kramar of Lino Lakes and Lisa (Marc) Child of St. Michael; grandchildren: Kendall, Evan, Trenton and Karsen Grace; siblings: Steve (Mary) Kramar of Champlin, Marjorie (John) Harrington of Mesa, AZ, Jean (Ron) Drajna of Elk River, Bee (Kevin Stevens) Kramar of Grand Forks, Anna Kramar of Monticello and Marilyn (Geno Hetherington) Kramar of St. Paul; numerous nieces and nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers: James and Rick; nephew: Denny Rude
