Elizabeth "Beth" (Briski) Pierce

A gathering of friends and family for Elizabeth “Beth” Jean (Briski) Pierce, 37, of Iron will be held from 2-4 pm Saturday, March 25, 2017 at the Ziemer-Moeglein-Shatava Funeral Home in Gilbert. Beth died Monday, March 13, 2017 at the Solvay Hospice House in Duluth. Survivors include her two daughters: Kaitlin and Madison Pierce; father: Dennis (Colleen) Briski of Iron; mother: Cindy Luukkonen of Gilbert; four siblings: Rebecca Bennett of Gilbert, Jamie Bennett of Duluth, Travis (Nikki) Malnar of Wayzata and Dana Whiteman of St. Louis Park; maternal grandmother: Delores Nelson of Gilbert; paternal grandparents: John and Loretta Briski of Iron; her partner: Patrick Orent of Fayal Township; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, David Nelson.
