Nancy K. Rollins

Funeral service for Nancy Rollins, 78, of Hoyt Lakes, will be 10:30am Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at Trinity Methodist Church in Hoyt Lakes with Pastor Jerry Kosanovich officiating. There will be no public visitation prior to the service. Inurnment will be at a later date in the Hoyt Lakes Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements by Ziemer-Moeglein-Shatava Funeral Home in Aurora. She died Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Northern Pines Medical Center in Aurora, MN. Nancy was born May 22, 1937 in Hibbing, MN to Walter and Mabel (Trevina) Wood. She was a graduate of Hibbing High School and later attended Hibbing Jr. College. On August 16, 1958 she married Gerald Rollins in Hibbing. The couple moved to Gilbert and Virginia prior to moving to Hoyt Lakes in 1963. Nancy was a homemaker and a member of Trinity Methodist Church where she was a member of its Womens Society. Nancy was also a member of the Hoyt Lakes VFW Auxiliary. Survivors include her husband, Gerald; sons: Scott of Hoyt Lakes, Steve (Nancy) of Grand Rapids and Terry (Jean) of Grand Rapids; five grandchildren: Stacie, Kelly, Matthew, Brandon and Nicholas; great grandchildren: Lillian, Isabelle, Ivy and Gunnar; brother, Gerald Wood of Florida; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Timothy; sister, Donna and a brother, Dale in infancy.
