Dennis H. DePaulis

Memorial service for Dennis Henry DePaulis, 79, of Gilbert, formerly of Aurora, will be 10am Monday at Grace and Truth Bible Church in Aurora with Pastor Daniel Miller officiating. There will be no visitation prior to the service. Inurnment will be in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Aurora, Minnesota. Arrangements by Ziemer-Moeglein-Shatava Funeral Home in Aurora. Dennis died Monday, December 21, 2015 at Essentia Health – Virginia, Minnesota. Dennis was born August 13, 1936 in Aurora, Minnesota to Henry and Evelyn (Braaten) DePaulis. He attended school in Aurora and in 1965 graduated from United Technical Schools in California. He returned to Aurora where he owned and operated DePaulis Interior Decorating and Upholstery in Aurora for over 35 years. Dennis enjoyed wintering in Texas, listening to Polkas and old time Country Music; but especially enjoyed time spent with family and friends. He was a member of Grace and Truth Bible Church. Survivors include his son, Brian (Kristy) DePaulis of Rosemount; grandchildren: Sophia and Riley DePaulis; siblings: Terri DePaulis of Eveleth, Becky Courier of Virginia and Susie (Don) Markstrom of Stewartville; several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, David DePaulis.
